Real "Dirty" Texas Cotton Pen Blank
Looking for a one of a kind blank? The blanks are made by Jim Bob Burgoon and are made with real West Texas raw cotton. Unlike the “pristine” cotton blanks, the “dirty” cotton blanks include the cotton fiber, boll, stalks. and other debris which make an awesome looking pen. These are for experienced turners only and require patience, lots of CA glue after every several passes, and carbide tools. These blanks will also have some voids that will need to be filled. Ends will need to be squared off using a sanding disc and not a pen mill. These blanks vary in length but will all be least 5” long. The Smaller blanks will be at least 2.5” long.
